Image Hunting
Reflections
It took two hours to clear an accident in the tunnel near Norfolk. During the delay, I reflected on my decision to skip a second day touring Colonial Williamsburg in favor of the kids' desire to visit the Zoological Park. I decided it really didn't matter what we did. Having the time to experience together is always perfectly spent.
Guess What This Is
What's Inside?
Playtime
In our Picture Inspiration prompt this week, the subject was Observation Mode. As Tracey Clark ("The Shutter Sisters," Expressive Photography) writes: "I encourage you to be that fly on the wall. Shoot images that have a true documentary feel. No one looking into the lens, only you observing and capturing a fleeting moment in time." I think this has always been my prefered style. I love eye contact, of course, but I love preserving the truth of a moment more...

These are all so great - look at all that traffic. And Colonial Williamsburg is one of my favorite places to visit even if I haven't been in a while.
