I'm fast falling back in love with the crisp, timeless affect of the black and white digital image.
Once upon a time, when film was all that serious photographers used, I loved black and white. I relished in the theraputic darkroom hours I spent working on a photographic thesis (documentary about the Oakland Zoo). I was constantly amazed at the images that slowly appeared - as if by magic - on my paper. And I loved the tangible finished quality of the prints.
Oh thank heaven for photoediting software!
Without further reverie, here is this weeks image from the digital files:
Peace!
